poor air conditionuseless staff
The air conditioning system seemed barely functional. the rooms felt stuffy and warm even with the ac supposedly running. this made it difficult to sleep comfortably. also, i found the room service lacking. Requesting cutlery resulted in being told to fetch it myself from the restaurant, not what i expect.

i LOVED the complimentary drinks they gave us at reception. Getting free tickets for a boat cruise was a huge bonus. The staff helped me with tour bookings, IT was super convenient. The room had a REALLY nice, clean feel.
the tv in the room seemed a LITTLE outdated. I wished it had Netflix.

uneven experience. several issues encountered

poor housekeepingrepetitive breakfast
the housekeeping was not up to par. used glasses remained uncleaned and the bedding was not properly tucked in. furthermore i had to request a replacement for an empty handwash bottle. the breakfast options were also repetitive. i found the same items offered every single day.

warm welcomespacious roomuphill walk
the reception team gave me a warm welcome. the room was spacious and comfortable. the large bathroom included a separate toilet.
the hotel was not very close to transportation. the walk from pasteur metro to the hotel was uphill. this was a bit of a challenge with luggage.

the room had a separate bath and toilet. i also liked the quality toiletries. the hotel provided a card from the manager and chocolates for adults. there were jellied sweets and a soft toy for children.

the hotel is near the montparnasse station. it was easy to travel around the city by train. the eiffel tower is within walking distance of the hotel. many restaurants and cafes are nearby.
