poor air condition useless staff
The air conditioning system seemed barely functional. the rooms felt stuffy and warm even with the ac supposedly running. this made it difficult to sleep comfortably. also, i found the room service lacking. Requesting cutlery resulted in being told to fetch it myself from the restaurant, not what i expect.

complimentary drink boat cruise tour bookings clean feel
i LOVED the complimentary drinks they gave us at reception. Getting free tickets for a boat cruise was a huge bonus. The staff helped me with tour bookings, IT was super convenient. The room had a REALLY nice, clean feel.
the tv in the room seemed a LITTLE outdated. I wished it had Netflix.

reception staff were SO cute. Staff was also helpful and informative and they provided a SUPER efficient service. This contributed significantly to a smooth and great visit.

the hotel location allows VERY easy access to popular spots using the metro and bus lines. There is a really great view of the Eiffel Tower, especially at night. THIS is a major plus.

the room was VERY clean and well maintained. i found that the room size was ample when compared to other locations. the inclusion of a robe was nice.

each floor features a water fountain, GREAT for reducing plastic use. the hotel uses wooden key passes rather than plastic ones. i FOUND this awesome and environmentally responsible.

swift check-in early room real coffee broken air conditioning cooler fridge rude staff
Check-in was swift. The room was ready early. Breakfast included real coffee and very nice pastries.
The air conditioning was not working. The fridge was a cooler, not a real fridge. Some staff were rude.

uneven experience. several issues encountered
poor housekeeping repetitive breakfast
the housekeeping was not up to par. used glasses remained uncleaned and the bedding was not properly tucked in. furthermore i had to request a replacement for an empty handwash bottle. the breakfast options were also repetitive. i found the same items offered every single day.

excellent Family stay
warm welcome spacious room
the reception team gave me a warm welcome. the room was spacious and comfortable. i liked their sustainable initiatives like water fountains by the lifts. the large bathroom included a separate toilet.
the hotel was not very close to transportation. the walk from pasteur metro to the hotel was uphill. this was a bit of a challenge with luggage.

the room had a separate bath and toilet. i also liked the quality toiletries. the hotel provided a card from the manager and chocolates for adults. there were jellied sweets and a soft toy for children.

the breakfast buffet had many options. i saw fresh croissants and cherry tomatoes. there was a machine with various coffees and milk. i could get chopped oranges at breakfast. it was a good start to the day.

the hotel is near the montparnasse station. it was easy to travel around the city by train. the eiffel tower is within walking distance of the hotel. many restaurants and cafes are nearby.

water dispensers are available for refilling bottles. the hotel has selfie machine you can use to take pictures. you can print the photos or send them to your email. this was a fun activity after breakfast.
